Toyama (遠山) ｜Nippori
This is located in Shitamachi (old Tokyo Downtown) by the Nippori Station. It’s a great hand made soba and can smell a great flavor from soba. It’s hand made and sometimes you can actually see them making soba. There are so many fancy soba restaurants with big names and you gotta wait in line for soba. And at the end, why did I wait so long for this fancy and expensive soba when you can quickly eat great soba at this spot. It takes reservation online. It has the variety of Sake menus and appetizers to go with sake. Store is nice and clean. There is a course menu available. It’s just good experience all together! You get to relax and enjoy the meal with good drink.
