Gonpachi (権八) | Nishiazabu

  • Izakaya style restaurant

  • Nearest station: Roppongi station (Tokyo metro)

This is the place Kill bill movie was filmed. It’s a huge space with many seating availability.

Food options are very traditional Japanese izakaya style menus.  You could simply get sashimi, chicken Karage, charcoal grilled chicken yakitori skewers, salad, sushi, tempura, soba noodles.

One of the speciality is the soba noodles here that you should try. It’s always crowded and many waiters speak English or even waiters are foreigners.  I do think you go for the place and checking the box of “I have been to the killl bill restaurant”.

Food is still good but if you like to simply enjoy the food, I think other Gonpachi restaurants feel like they serve better food. But variety of menus is good and satisfies many type of eaters and it’s a cool place to see for sure!

This is a tourist restaurant spot with many options to eat. Nothing special, but great venue to enjoy the atmosphere of Kill Bill.
