Unchiku is the good to know knowledge that makes people go “hhhha” but you can still live without. I just want to introduce some knowledge that relate to living in Tokyo-Look for the #Unchiku.
Vinegar-ed ginger that you often see with sushi. Ginger has the anti bacteria property, help warming up your body, and refreshes the smell. All that properties help with eating raw fish. You always have ground ginger on Spanish mackerel (Aji) because those fish tend to be more fishy than tuna for example. It tastes good and does the job…how great is it?
