THE PARK AND the CITY COEXIST
This is where I grew up. So I maybe little biased but this city has many things to offer and many faces. The park, market, shopping, zoo, museum, and old school buildings and cultures.. It's beautiful with cherry blossom in spring and it's busy with people in the market before the New Year's Day. You have the fish market, denim stores, restaurants, local street foods, korean town...the city has so many faces and so many cultures exist. You really will feel the Japanese people, the true Japanese from young to old, from locals to tourists. The park sits right by the Ueno Station, and it's a great place to just walk around or could be nice place to go for a jog in the morning. Or the park becomes a family spot for the science museum or Ueno Zoo...or it becomes the creative space to enjoy the art at museum. Everything is here at Ueno.
