This store makes the potsticker the way southern Japanese Kyushu area makes it. First, It has the WING. It won't fly but every gyoza piece is connected and you take one out of this gyoza family to eat one by one. Another characteristic of this gyoza is that each one is a bite size. So every bite you take, it has all the juice inside with pork and veggies and each one is nice and crispy. That is the way southern gyoza is made. You can order from 7 pieces set to 40 pieces set. With beer, you can keep eating one after another, and with 2 of you, you can easily eat 30 pieces. Off course, there are other menus here that are delicious. They have nice hot pot nabe dish to warm you up after walking around the cold Tokyo in the winter. They also have veggie sticks with miso dip to eat to refresh your palette or other various salad options.
