Suika Pass

This is an amazing pass. You can basically put money into the pass and you can get on the train by the pass and it will automatically takes the fares out of the card depending on where you get on and get off. You can also shop with this.  See here for more detail (Suika)

You can get this at the Ticket office at any major station.  Just find the mark below and get the Suika. This should make your travel a lot easier if you are going to be using trains a lot.

you can touch with suika the entrance of Station to go thru. You can also touch to buy some drinks off of vending machine as well. Also, many shops have the Suika touch pad to have you buy most of it.
